What is the typical shipping timeframe for Australian orders?
Once your frame or component is ready, shipping within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days. Custom painted frames may require an additional 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Do Elves frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all Elves framesets purchased through our official Australian store come with a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering structural defects.
Can I request a custom paint job for my bike frame?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke custom painting services. You can select your colors and finishes during the ordering process, and our design team will coordinate the final layout with you.
Are the frames UCI approved for racing?
Many of our popular models, such as the Vanyar and Falath Pro, are UCI approved. Please check the specific product specifications page for the UCI certification seal.
What is your return policy for framesets?
We accept returns on standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unbuilt condition. Please note that custom-painted frames are non-refundable.
